- Candidates must have 3+ years Chef or kitchen management experience.
- Must have knowledge of food cost, recipe following, stock and staff management.
- Ability to work in a big and busy kitchen essential.
- Will consider candidates who are hard working and willing to learn.
- Main duties will include food preparation and running the pass.
- Normal Restaurant working hours apply.
Salary R 10 - 15 K nett depending on experience.
