DESCRIPTION
Call Centre personnel work maily with phones, persuading prospective customers to buy or join lucrative industry or company. Providing technical supprt is vital and also telesales, customer care are essential element of call centre/contact centre
Resposbilities
- Proactively make outgoing calls to both prospective customers and existing clients
- Receives incoming calls from existing clients and offering services in line with customer service centre
- Updating and generating customers database
- All time call centre duties and responsiblities of ensuring customers needs and expectations are met
- Attend on-company and off-company training schedules as regards product training and development
Requirements
Grade 12 or equivalent
Good communication skills
Telephone ettiquete are essential to service delivery
