Working hours: 08h00 – 17H00
Managing the Office Reception:
- Attending to office reception
- Fielding all calls and ensure that messages are conveyed to staff
- Ensure that the telephone system functions properly at all times including the telephone message recording device.
- Fielding visitors at the gate
- Welcoming visitors and seeing to their refreshment and seating needs
- Responsible for managing the use of boardroom and meeting rooms
- Database updating
- Providing administrative support to various departments
