Our client, a standalone 3D printing service bureau is seeking to take advantage of the growth in demand for 3D printed parts in plastic and metal.
- Development of go to market strategy using a multi-channel approach across identified market segments (telesales, direct sales and digital sales)
- Collaborate in the design, development and implementation of a digital sales platform
- Develop and execute sales plans with aggressive targets
- Expand and manage the sales team in line with growth forecasts
- Develop and support relationships with strategic clients
- Quickly recognize AM/3DP applications in all industries.
- Find AM/3DP opportunities to further penetrate existing customers and generate new sales opportunities
- Expand our extensive database to find new customers and close new sales opportunities.
- Research new industries and potential customers to understand their products, processes and possibilities.
- Facilitate a sales cycle that can be as short as 24-72 hours with a high close-to-RFQ ratio.
- Matric plus relevant tertiary qualification
- MINIMUM of 5 years proven external sales experience
- HUNTER type personality for building new business
- Display a passion and hunger to sell
- Have a passion and affinity for technology
- Be ambitious and have own aggressive sales targets
- Be able to work in collaboration with others
- Must be able to conduct market analysis in a systematic manner and build a funnel of business
- Must be able to independently source and convert own leads
- Must be able to educate his/herself on AM technologies available
- Own car and clean Driver’s License
