Administration Assistant / Office Administrator – Afrikaans Speaking

Location:  Ashley Gardens, Pretoria

Offer:        R 13, 000 to R15, 000 Depending on experience

Available:1 October 2018

A strong Office Administrator / Administration Assistant is required for our client in the housing development industry

Essential Requirements

  • Must be proficient in Afrikaans speaking and correspondence
  • Own reliable vehicle and must reside in Pretoria East
  • A minimum of 5 years strong office administration experience essential
  • Must be hardworking and excellent time management skills

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Typing of Minutes off recordings, concisely and accurately
  • Ordering of stationary, office and kitchen supplies etc.
  • Function coordination and execution
  • Attending of functions
  • Liaisons with building inspectors and workers of complexes
  • Quotations and follow ups on work that has to be completed
  • Log IT issues and follow up
  • Internet searches and feedback
  • Facebook page update and answering
  • WhatsApp liaisons (complex groups) must liaise and see that the issues reported and resolved
